Gina M. Lupino is a former Patent Examiner at the United States Patent and Trademark Office who assists our clients obtain patents in the United States. She has helped scientists, engineers, academics, entrepreneurs, artists, and musicians identify innovation worthy of intellectual property protection.
Originally from the United States, Gina received her Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Union College in Schenectady, New York and her Law degree from St. John’s University School of Law in New York City. She is licensed to practice law in New York State and registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Before joining our firm, Gina worked as a lawyer in New York State and represented clients in the areas of patent, trademark, copyright, entertainment, bankruptcy, and residential foreclosure law.
Prior to entering the legal profession, Gina worked in technology consulting and helped government agencies develop cost effective electronic file and data management systems. She speaks intermediate Italian and basic Portuguese and Spanish.
